What does it mean to live a happy & healthy life – in balance?

That is up to you. You have your unique wants and needs and must find your own recipe. But that is easier said than done – especially when you’re caught up in your daily to-do’s and the outside noise (and the opinions of family, friends and society).

Helping you, is up to me. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will guide you – teach you how to tune into your body and help you to clear your mind – allowing you to discover what you value the most and what truly makes you happy.

Because even though we are all unique – we all deserve a healthier & happier life.

How does it work?

  • Nurturing your health from a holistic point of view means looking at your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health – as all interconnected.

    What you eat, how you move, what you do, how you think and what you surround yourself with – is all contributing to how you feel on a daily basis.

    The purpose of health coaching is for you to find your way to balancing them – and to enjoy the process.

  • My coaching practice is focused on one thing – to make you happier and healthier.

    That means nurturing and fueling both your mind and your body.

    Food for thought is what’s outside your plate – your movement, social life, career, relationships, and everything else in your everyday life.

    Food for action is referring to what you put on your plate – your nutrition.

    The goal is to find a balance that makes you feel happy, energized and purposeful.

    My role as a coach is to hold space for you, be your accountability partner, and help you discover a happier & healthier version of you. Together we’ll do:

    • 1:1 sessions – weekly or bi-weekly calls in a safe, non-judgmental space

    • Mindset practices & tools – designed uniquely for your individual needs

    • You are constantly tired and unmotivated. You’re feeling stressed or have trouble with digestion.

    • You feel overwhelmed and a little bit lost in life. You have a hard time making decisions (small ones – like what to have for breakfast and big ones – like what you want from life).

    • You’re stuck pleasing others. You’re saying yes “because you’re supposed to” and aren’t reflecting on your needs, or if it’s something you’ll genuinely enjoy doing.

    Together we’ll get to the root cause of why you’re feeling or behaving in a certain way.

    And help you find your way back to your own intuition, needs and happiness – while building habits that support what you consider a happier and healthier life.
