Welcome to a purposeful and kind coaching approach, where you are encouraged to find balance from day one. Inspired by the values of my Swedish way of living, my coaching program is grounded in The Lagom Method™.

Lagom is a unique Swedish word that means “just the right amount” – not too much, not too little. I believe this approach is the most enjoyable path to wellbeing, with the least pressure and the most sustainable results.

Here, you are invited to dream big while appreciating the small things in life. Sometimes you take up space, other times, you simply listen. You are allowed to be strong and soft, cool and gentle.

You are encouraged to feel what you feel and listen to your needs – because this is what helps us succeed in our own unique way, while feeling good along the journey.

As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will guide you in understanding and honoring your needs, all in an uplifting and safe space. Together, we’ll build sustainable goals and wellness habits that align with your pace and everyday life – the lagom way.

Program structure

Module 1: Physical health

We’ll explore your movement and eating habits. I’ll help you tune into your body and honor its needs. By the end of this module, you’ll understand how to move and nourish your body in an enjoyable and healthy way.

Module 2: Emotional health

We’ll uncover how you feel about your everyday life – your routines, work, relationships.

In this module, we’ll explore how well your inner needs align with your outer world. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of your life’s purpose and the kind of community that truly nourishes you.

Module 3: Mental health

This is the last and most transformative module, where we’ll take a deep dive into your mindset. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes behind your way of thinking – about everything in life.

Using proven mindset tools, we’ll work on:

  • Turning negative thoughts into positive ones – learning that life happens for you, not to you.

  • Practicing gratitude for what you already have – inviting more abundance.

  • Breaking free from people-pleasing – creating space for what you truly love.

  • Trusting the process – learning to enjoy the journey, not just the outcome.

MY STORY

Why did I create The Lagom Method™?

For most of my life, the word lagom has actually carried a negative connotation. I didn’t want to be “not too much, not too little” – I just wanted to be me, without all the shoulds and shouldn’ts.

And to be honest, I grew up with a pretty strong confidence and a determined mindset (much thanks to my hard-working parents). Leaning into my masculine energy from an early age, I pushed myself hard, chased big dreams, and worked tirelessly to excel in my career. Which worked quite well – until I turned 30.

In 2023, during a solo trip to South Korea (where I was born), I realized there was more to life than chasing the goals that society taught me to go after. That’s when I began questioning my life choices and exploring what truly mattered to me.

Since then, I’ve resigned from a well-paid fashion marketing career, left relationships that no longer served me, and traveled widely – both across the world and within myself.

People around me often tell me my transformation has been quick and certain. My answer? “Yes, because it was right for me.” When I realized I needed a change, I gave myself permission to slow down and invite more of my feminine energy. I learned to listen to my inner needs, make small changes, and build something meaningful from scratch. Step by step, at my own pace. 

And that is what lagom means to me today: moving at your own pace, creating joy in the moment, while building a life that lasts.
