Hi, I’m Malin..
..a lover of all things beautiful, pleasurable, and joyous.
For a long time I was driven by the exact opposite; performance. Saving all things joyous until the weekend, or when I felt I’ve worked hard enough to earn it.
A couple of years ago, that shifted. I started to live more through my body, rather than solely through my mind. And that body–mind shift led me closer to my soul and inner truth.
Which led me here.
Teaching and coaching in the same field that taught me to experience everyday life in the most beautiful, pleasurable and joyous ways.
Life isn’t something you earn. It’s meant to be lived.
My journey
What led me here? After 7 passionate years in the fashion industry I realised it didn’t feed me anymore. My soul was longing for something deeper and my body was aching for more movement. That’s when yoga found me.
In October 2024, I decided to follow my longing, I quit my safe job and signed up for a yoga teacher training in India. I left Stockholm uncertain about the future, but with a strong feeling that I was on the right path.
I’ve always loved practicing yoga as a way of managing contemporary life, but the thought of becoming a teacher never really crossed my mind–until I stepped onto the mat in Goa.
At that moment I could recall a familiar feeling of ‘coming home’. The same feeling I had years ago when I started my first fashion job–I couldn’t tell if I was working or ‘just having fun with my passion’.
Over the years, I’ve realised that when you pursue something you’re truly passionate about it doesn’t need to be labeled. It’s simply you sharing something you love with the world–without the labels and limitations.
My purpose
Today, my work is dedicated to helping people find more joy and balance in everyday life.
My teaching philosophy and coaching approach are rooted in one simple belief: you have all the answers within you.
But in a rushed world filled with never-ending outside noise, expectations, and endless information it can be hard to hear that voice within—let alone trust it enough to follow it.
That’s where I can guide you back home to yourself.
Through intentional movement and sacred conversation, we create space to slow down, reconnect, and listen more closely. By bringing body–mind–soul into conversation, we learn to recognise what feels true for us, and take mindful action from that place.
