The practice of yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) is not only the most powerful, but also the most natural therapy for dealing with stress.

Stress will always be an inevitable part of life, and we must learn how to live with it. To find that healthy balance between positive stress (the one that motivate you to get sh*t done) and negative stress (that give you shallow breathing and can lead to illness) we must learn to treat our body and mind as one.

I believe yoga, breathwork and food are our most powerful (and natural) tools to help us handle a modern life in peace.
